As I headed into the world of Long Driving golf there was no doubt that the increased power and flexibility I got from the classes helped me reach the European Finals at my first year in the sport.

I can't think of a more enjoyable way to improve my stamina and flexibility which has had a direct impact on my work and private life. My children also train with me and it has become a real family event.

I have now gained my Black Belt in kickboxing and look forward to gaining my black belt in Karate and Kung Fu in the future.

As a Professional Golfer I would recommend to anyone that SAMA Martial Arts helps you in all walks of life, that's why I learn from the best instructors in the South.
